Moeketsi Mpotu is the Group Chairman & CEO of Botala Oracle Group, a multidisciplinary African engineering and investment company dedicated to building sustainable enterprises with global competitiveness. He is also the founder of Kibo Capital, a financial services entity specializing in capital raising and trade finance, and has business interests in Zuri Tech, a technology startup focused on big data, cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.

He is the former Technical Director at Brimis Engineering, where he managed large-scale infrastructure projects, bringing technical expertise and strategic oversight to critical initiatives. Moeketsi has also served in prominent leadership positions as Chairperson of the Mpumalanga Stainless Initiative, Director on the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality Solidarity Fund, and Immediate Past President of the Middelburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

His leadership extends beyond national borders, having represented South Africa in international business engagements in Hong Kong, India, and through hosting various foreign missions in South Africa. These experiences highlight his ability to connect local industries with global opportunities, fostering economic growth and collaboration.

Sharlotte Tsotetsi-Mpotu is a seasoned business executive, legal professional, and social impact leader. She is the Co-Founder and Group CEO of Botala Oracle Group, a diversified enterprise driving innovation and sustainable growth across multiple sectors. In this role, she provides strategic leadership, fosters high-value partnerships, and guides the Group’s long-term vision.

She is also the Founder and Principal of S Tsotetsi Attorneys, a boutique legal practice specializing in civil, commercial, and corporate law. As an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Sharlotte is recognized for her dedication to excellence, integrity, and client-focused legal solutions.

Deeply committed to advancing women’s leadership and social justice, Sharlotte serves as the Treasurer of the South African Women Lawyers Association (SAWLA) Mpumalanga Chapter and chairs the Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Committee within the chapter, championing initiatives that address inequality and empower communities.

Sharlotte holds a BA and LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand, as well as a Certificate in Insolvency Law from the University of Pretoria. Her unique combination of entrepreneurial leadership, legal expertise, and advocacy positions her as a trailblazer shaping both business and society.
